Chris Schneider is an experienced architect for over 20 years. He is NCARB certified and licensed in over 23 States. Mr. Schneider’s program experience spans the US and Western Canada. His list of clientele includes nation-wide retailers and grocers, such as The Home Depot, Linens n Things and Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, as well as specialized retailers ranging from fuel stations with C-Stores, jewelers and book stores, which include BP ARCO, QuikTrip, Chanel, Zales, and Waldenbooks. In addition to his commercial experience, Chris has completed education projects in K-12 and higher education as well as concrete tilt-ups for large scale retail distribution centers, industrial campuses and retail in-lines. Chris is knowledgeable in all phases of design, from conceptual, entitlement processes through construction administration, close-out and has worked on program roll-outs for national accounts.
